Terms of service
Last updated: 30 October 2026.
The service
SkillCoach lets you practise sales and service phone calls with an AI customer and get feedback on them. The AI customer and the scores are generated by software: they are training aids, not professional, legal or financial advice, and they can be wrong.
Your account
You sign in with a Google account, usually one your organisation gave you access with. Keep it secure; you are responsible for what happens under it. Your organisation's administrators can manage your access.
Acceptable use
- Use SkillCoach for practice and training only.
- Don't share real customers' personal data in practice calls.
- Don't try to break, overload or reverse-engineer the service, or use it to create harmful content.
Content
Your recordings, transcripts and scores belong to you and your organisation. Scenarios and rubrics belong to whoever wrote them. You give us permission to store and process this content only to provide the service.
Availability
The service is under active development and offered as is. We may change or pause features, and we can't promise it will always be available or error-free.
Ending
You can stop using SkillCoach at any time and ask us to delete your data. We may suspend access that breaks these terms.
Liability
To the extent the law allows, SkillCoach is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of the service.
Changes and contact
We will post changes to these terms on this page. Questions: hi@skillcoaching.app
